Windows 7 的Smart Card服務不見了怎麼辦？

正當要使用晶片讀卡機時，發現無法使用，到服務內一看。哇!Smart Card服務不見了，怎麼辦!

這時候，只要重新註冊機碼值就可以了

1、打開記事本，將下列文字貼上，並存成1.reg

2、存檔後，在開啟記事本，並將下列文字存成2.reg

3、點選1.reg註冊、在點2.reg註冊 

4、重開機
